VENDOR INFORMATION
Dear Vendor:
The new Event Center will be the site of our show headquarters, all conformation events, rental grooming spaces and vendor booths. All under one roof! The Obedience and Rally Trials will be nearby in the 4-H Building. Agility Trials will be held outdoors close to the Event Center. The Herding Trials will be outdoors in the Rodeo Arena a short walk away. With concrete floors, electricity, and climate control, this is a great opportunity for high traffic flows from exhibitors and spectators alike.
Our Nationals start on Monday with two Herding Trials. On Tuesday we have a very full day with two more Herding Trials, a Rally Trial and a full day of Conformation competition. On Wednesday we have another full day of Conformation plus our Obedience Trial. Thursday and Friday are again full days of Conformation plus Agility Trials. This is a very full week of activities.
Each space is approximately 10’ x 10’. The fee for each space $250 for the entire week. Half of this fee, or $125, can be paid by way of product that will be used for the USASA Raffle. You may reserve multiple spaces in 10 x 10 FT increments. The location of your rented space will be on a first come first serve basis.
Payment may be made by cash/check and equal dollar value of products. Designated members of the show committee will have your contract details and will select items for the raffle.
Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary set up equipment. This is an indoor show. Electricity is available, but limited.
No Vendor fees will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club or the Superintendent.
