Dear Vendor:

The 2009 USASA National Specialty will be held from Friday, May 1 through Friday May 8, at Purina Farms in Gray Summit, MO.

The beginning events on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – May 1 through May 3 - are Agility Trials that will be held in the upper grass area near the main entrance. (There will also be an AKC All Breed conformation show held in the main show field area at the same time as the Agility Trials)

USASA Events (conformation and obedience) that will be held in the main Show Field area begin on Monday, May 4, 2009 through Friday, May 8.

Vendors wishing to set up for the Agility Trials will be located next to the Agility ring in the upper grass area near the main entrance. However, you will have to move down to the designated Vendor Lot next to the main show area for the events starting on Monday. Vendors who came for previous Agility Trials were pleased with their profits and felt the move was worthwhile.

The designated Vendor Lot next to the main show area will not be available until Monday morning as an AKC Allbreed show has contracted that space for the weekend. Vendors also attending that show must let us know so that we can properly reserve spaces.

Vendors are responsible for cover and all necessary set up equipment. There are a few sheltered spaces available at the main show area. These will be available on a “first come, first served” basis. Other spaces at the main show area are outdoors next to the sheltered area.

Each space by the main show area is 10 X 10 FT. The spaces at the agility area may be different dimensions. The fee for each space is $65 for the Agility Trial only or $150 for the entire show. You may reserve multiple spaces in 10 x 10 FT increments.

Payment may be made by cash/check or by equal dollar value of products. Designated members of the show committee will have your contract details and will select items if you have chosen to pay fully or partially in kind.

Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary set up equipment. This is an outdoors show. Electricity is available, but limited. All spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.
